Women cell

The Women Cell of Lalgola College was constituted in 2009 in facilitating to maintain a harmonious atmosphere at the workspace, to enable women to pursue their work with dignity and reassurance. The committee has been working to raise awareness in the community on on gender equality issues.

Mission

To aid women to acquire skills and knowledge and strengthen their social, economic and intellectual capacities for developing prosperity, security and a holistic approach to life.

Vision

To empower women in all spheres of life enabling them to become agents of social and economic change and inculcating ethical values for the betterment of self and society.
